1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by Beauty Queen Salon LLC ("we," "us," "the Company"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Montana, United States. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be requested through our contact form, by email, or by phone. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us in writing. We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled time; late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying other clients.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on our services menu are current at the time of publishing and may be updated from time to time. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies to your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout or in-studio.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

5. Client Conduct & Health Disclosures

Clients are asked to disclose any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to receiving a service. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service where we reasonably believe it may pose a health or safety risk. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a manner that is abusive, unsafe, or disruptive to staff or other clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Queen Salon LLC's liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
